Key Responsibilities
Develop and prepare architectural drawings, designs, and presentations for interior and exterior projects.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is realized.
Oversee site execution, coordinate with vendors, and ensure high-quality finishing.
Work on multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
Contribute creative ideas to improve design quality and functionality.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in architectural design (interior and exterior).
Proven experience in site execution and finishing.
Strong understanding of architectural detailing, materials, and construction processes.
Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar).
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Portfolio required: Applicants must provide a portfolio clearly showcasing projects they have worked on, including both interior and exterior designs.
