10+ Years - Consultancy FirmBachelor's degree in Architecture
Design experience for super high-rise buildings. Knowledge of Dubai Authorities' regulations. Create and develop architectural designs and concepts for various projects. Collaborate with project teams to ensure design integrity and quality. Produce detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information necessary for design development. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws. Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide design solutions accordingly. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and budgets are adhered to. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, and emerging technologies to incorporate into designs. Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and project correspondence.
