Architectural Cad Draftsman

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and layouts using CAD software. Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design concepts and construction documents. Ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings, adhering to industry standards and project specifications. Revise and update drawings based on feedback from project stakeholders. Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including specifications and schedules. Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for drawings. Maintain organized and up-to-date CAD files and project documentation. Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree or diploma in Architectural Drafting, CAD Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an architectural draftsman. Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar. Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction methods. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
