Job Title: CAD Draftsman (5 Years Experience - Joinery/Woodwork)

We are currently hiring a skilled and detail-oriented CAD Draftsman with at least 5 years of experience, preferably in joinery, woodwork, or interior fit-out projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed shop drawings, coordinating with design and production teams, and ensuring that all drawings meet project and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and detailed shop drawings for joinery and interior fit-out works.

Interpret architectural and technical drawings and convert them into production-ready CAD files.

Coordinate with design, estimation, and production departments to ensure clarity and accuracy.

Modify and update drawings as per site conditions and client revisions.

Ensure all drawings comply with relevant industry standards and project specifications.

Maintain a well-organized library of CAD drawings and project files.

Provide technical support to the production and site teams.

Requirements:

Diploma or degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related technical field.

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a CAD drafting role, specifically in joinery or interior fit-out.

Strong knowledge of AutoCAD; experience with SketchUp, Revit, or 3D modeling is a plus.

Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.

Attention to detail, precision, and time management skills.

Currently based in or willing to relocate to Dubai.
