Key Responsibilities:
Develop detailed 3D architectural models based on design and construction drawings
Prepare and update coordination and presentation models
Assist in clash coordination with MEP and structural teams
Update models as per consultant and client comments
Ensure models comply with project standards and guidelines
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Architectural Modeler
Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks is a plus
Strong understanding of architectural drawings and detailing
3 years GCC/UAE project experience is mandatory
Ability to join immediately
Good coordination and communication skills
