Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed architectural drawings and documentation in Revit.
Ensure drawing presentations comply with global drafting standards (AIA, ISO 19650, etc.).
Create, manage, and modify complex
parametric Revit families
.
Coordinate and model architectural elements, with a
preference for experience in facade modeling
.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure accuracy and quality of models and documentation.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BIM trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of relevant UAE experience
as a BIM Modeler.
Proven expertise in
Revit
and
parametric family creation
.
Familiarity with
facade modeling
is a strong advantage.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Good understanding of international standards (AIA, ISO 19650).
