We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Architecture BIM Modeler

to join our team for an exciting large-scale hotel project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and coordinating detailed architectural models in a collaborative environment, ensuring the highest standards in design accuracy, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

:

Develop and manage 3D architectural models using

Revit

and other BIM tools for all phases of design and construction. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the BIM model reflects design intent and project requirements. Coordinate and integrate architectural models with structural, MEP, and other discipline models. Create detailed construction drawings, schedules, and documentation from BIM models. Ensure compliance with BEP requirements, company standards and client BIM standards. Update and maintain model data, including design changes and revisions, throughout the project lifecycle. Participate in design coordination meetings and resolve clashes or discrepancies between models. Assist in preparing project deliverables, including architectural drawings, renderings, and presentations. Provide support for quality control and ensure the integrity of the model at all stages of development. Collaborate with project teams to optimize workflows and enhance model efficiency.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED5,500.00 per month

Preferred: Experience in large-scale hotel or hospitality projects. Knowledge of clash detection, model auditing, and other BIM coordination tools. Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:

* BIM Modeler in architectural: 3 years (Preferred)
