Job Description
DRAWLINES is looking for an experience ARCHITECTURAL BIM MODELER with relevant expertise; candidates who are available in Qatar with their own visa and can join immediately can apply. Drawlines strives to be recognized as the most innovative BIM/CAD services and solutions provider in Qatar within the AEC industry. Duties and Responsibilities:
Contract length: 3 months Application Question(s):
- Create 3D models of building elements to support construction initiatives by working with Architects
- Develop model families (primarily Revit families) for general and project-specific needs
- Work with other modelers, CAD Specialists, and Designers to build/manage model databases, templates, and standard procedures
- Perform quality checks on modeling efforts of others to ensure tools to support upstream engineering or downstream project management
- Investigate and develop methods to use BIM models or software tools to support architecture.
- Preparation of Revit Models as up to LOD 500.
- Diploma or equivalent Degree or Civil Engineering/Architecture.
- 3+ Years of relevant experience in Architectural BIM Models related projects.
- Well-versed in Revit
- Able to complete models and shop drawings in a timely and quality manner.
- Excellent knowledge of Family creation.
