Key Responsibilities
Develop accurate 3D architectural BIM models using
Revit
and other BIM software.
Prepare
shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built models
from BIM.
Collaborate with design and engineering teams to resolve clashes and coordination issues.
Review IFC drawings and project specifications to ensure model accuracy.
Maintain BIM library content, families, and templates.
Assist in generating quantity take-offs and reports from BIM models.
Support the Project Manager and site teams with BIM-related documentation.
Ensure compliance with UAE standards, project requirements, and client specifications.
Perform clash detection and coordinate with MEP, structural, and facade teams.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture / Interior Design / Civil Engineering or related field.
2-5 years UAE experience
in Architectural BIM modeling.
Strong proficiency in
Autodesk Revit
, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
Knowledge of UAE construction standards, codes, and project workflows.
Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and design intent.
Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
