Job Description

:

• Develop, manage, and update detailed BIM models (LOD 300-500) for architectural components throughout design and construction stages.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other disciplines to ensure accurate model integration and coordination.
• Prepare and organize BIM deliverables, including drawings, schedules, and clash detection reports.
• Ensure BIM models adhere to project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP), company standards, and local authority regulations (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Abu Dhabi DMT).
• Participate in coordination meetings and resolve clashes or model discrepancies.
• Support project teams with BIM-related technical guidance and troubleshooting.
• Assist in creating and maintaining Revit families and BIM libraries according to project requirements.
• Provide input to design development and construction documentation phases.

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of overall experience in architectural BIM modeling.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in the UAE, working for well-known design consultancy firms in the GCC.
• Strong expertise in Autodesk Revit, with knowledge of Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.
• Sound understanding of UAE building codes, standards, and approval processes.
• Ability to interpret and model from architectural and engineering drawings with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Experience with large-scale commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards and BIM documentation workflows.
• Familiarity with visualization tools (e.g., Enscape, Lumion) is a plus.
