We are seeking an experienced Architect/Project Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This role is pivotal in overseeing and managing fitout projects . The ideal candidate will possess a blend of architectural expertise and project management skills, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Preferred Candidate: * Proven experience as an architect and project manager, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficient in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp, as well as project management tools.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively to overcome project challenges.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry best practices in the UAE.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies in architecture and project management.
• A degree in Architecture or a related field, along with relevant certifications in project management.
