Job Title: Technical Engineer (Architectural Background)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Review architectural drawings, specifications, and 3D models for high-rise structures to ensure constructability. Resolve design conflicts between architectural, structural, and MEP systems. Prepare and modify detailed construction drawings (AutoCAD, Revit) as per site requirements. Ensure compliance with local building codes, fire safety regulations, and international standards (e.g., ISO, BS, ASTM). Monitor on-site construction to ensure alignment with approved architectural plans. Conduct quality inspections for finishes, facade systems (curtain walls, cladding), and interior works. Identify and resolve technical issues related to formwork, vertical transportation, and structural interfaces. Review material submittals (glass, aluminum, precast) for compliance with design intent. Maintain as-built drawings and ensure proper documentation of design changes. Assist in preparing method statements, shop drawings, and material approvals. Coordinate with authorities (DM, Civil Defense, Municipality) for approvals and NOCs. Utilize BIM (Revit, Navisworks) for clash detection and design optimization. Support the implementation of digital construction tools (3D modeling, drones, laser scanning).

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture

(Master's preferred).

5+ years of experience

in high-rise buildings (residential/commercial).

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED50,000.00 per month
