Develop architectural designs from the conceptual phase to detailed construction documents.
Prepare and present design proposals using 2D and 3D modeling software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
Ensure all designs comply with aesthetic goals, client requirements, and local building regulations.
Coordinate extensively with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines to produce integrated and clash-free designs.
Manage the preparation and submission of all architectural drawings for authority approvals, specifically with Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM).
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
3-5 years
of professional experience as an Architect in the UAE, with a strong portfolio of built projects.
Highly Preferred:
Candidates with Abu Dhabi Municipality (ADM) approval/registration.
Strong skills in AutoCAD are required.
Thorough understanding of UAE building codes and authority submission processes.
Strong leadership and project coordination skills.
