We require an experienced candidate with a minimum Bachelor in Architecture/BSc. Interior design who has a high proficiency in interior design, space planning, BOQ and estimation with minimum 2-3 years experience in UAE.
Interior design/ fit-out background is mandatory with strong experience in Auto cad, Design, and excel. Looking for someone who is ready to work under pressure to achieve target dates for submission of drawings to Govt. authorities/clients. Should have excellent speed in drawings, designs and estimation. Duties & Responsibilities: - Develop design concepts and ideas, space planning. - Strong knowledge on interior concept designs, presentations for commercial design and good communication skills. - Creation of complete construction paperwork (BOQ, specifications, drawings, estimations) and all necessary documents. Candidate must ensure all required documents are submitted to clients and Government agencies in time for approvals. - Preparing sketches, and visiting the construction site to resolve problems and technical support to the project teams and clients. - Conduct site visit to gather information for preparation of drawing/BOQ/ specifications etc. - Good knowledge on pre and post contract documents preparation (tender & contract). Qualifications: A minimum Bachelor\'s Degree in Architecture/ Interior Design Having proficiency in pre and post contract documents. Demonstrating proficiency in AutoCAD, Design, and Microsoft Office. All candidates must provide updated CV and current & expected salary details.
