We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong command of architectural layouts and be fully familiar with municipality regulations and approval procedures across all Emirates.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and develop architectural layouts in full compliance with UAE municipal and authority regulations. Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, and approval authorities for timely approvals and execution. Collaborate closely with site teams to ensure designs align with actual construction workflows. Ensure the project is executed according to local codes and design standards. Requirements: Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion. Excellent understanding of architectural detailing and UAE construction practices. Prior experience with authority submissions and approvals is essential. Knowledge of MEP and structural coordination is a strong advantage.
Must be able to join immediately.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
