Royal Stone Engineering Consultancy is a Sharjah-based design and engineering firm known for delivering innovative, high-quality architectural and engineering solutions. Our projects range from residential villas and commercial buildings to mixed-use developments. We are looking for a talented
Architect
to join our creative and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and produce architectural designs from concept through to construction drawings.
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal team members to deliver functional and visually appealing designs.
Prepare design presentations, 3D visualizations, and documentation for approvals and permits.
Ensure all designs comply with Sharjah Municipality regulations, local codes, and UAE standards.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines.
Support in preparing tender documents and bill of quantities when required.
Conduct site inspections and supervise the implementation of design during construction phases.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Minimum
3 years of experience
in architectural design (preferably in the UAE).
Proficient in
AutoCAD
,
Revit
,
SketchUp
,
Lumion
, and
Adobe Creative Suite
.
Strong knowledge of
Sharjah Municipality submission procedures
and UAE building regulations.
Excellent design, detailing, and visualization skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Ability to manage time effectively across multiple projects.
UAE driving license is a plus.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
