Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect to join our engineering consultancy firm based in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a 1-3 years of architectural experience within the UAE, with a strong background in residential and commercial project design. .

Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural designs for residential, industrial, and commercial projects from concept to completion. Prepare and present design proposals, feasibility studies, and detailed drawings to clients and authorities. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other engineering teams to integrate architectural solutions. Ensure all designs comply with UAE regulations, municipality requirements, and project-specific guidelines. Manage project documentation and submission to relevant authorities for approvals. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure alignment with design intent and quality standards. Liaise with clients and contractors to ensure smooth project execution. Revise and update designs based on feedback from clients, consultants, or governing authorities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering from a recognized institution. Minimum 2 years of architectural experience in the UAE within a consultancy environment. Proven experience in residential, industrial, and commercial architectural projects. Strong knowledge of

UAE building codes

, regulations, and local authority approval processes. Proficiency in industry-standard software, including:

AutoCAD

Revit

SketchUp

Lumion

Photoshop

MS Office Suite.

Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills. Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities. UAE Driving License is a must.
