Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural designs from concept to completion, including drawings, models, and specifications.
Meet with clients to understand project objectives, requirements, and budget.
Prepare detailed construction documents and coordinate with structural, MEP, and civil consultants.
Ensure all designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws.
Oversee construction phases to ensure design integrity and resolve site issues.
Provide input on material selection, cost estimates, and project timelines.
Use CAD and BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) to produce and modify architectural plans.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
