Architect / Interior Architect (Fit-Out Projects)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented

Architect / Interior Architect

with proven experience in

fit-out project design and execution

. The ideal candidate must hold a

valid Dubai Municipality Certification for Architects

, possess a strong command of

3D modeling and rendering

, and have a solid understanding of architectural design principles, materials, and space planning. You will play a pivotal role in transforming concepts into buildable designs and coordinating with project teams to ensure seamless execution on site.

Key Responsibilities:Design & Visualization:

Develop creative and functional design concepts for

interiors and fit-out projects

across commercial, retail, and residential sectors. Create high-quality

3D models, renderings, and walkthroughs

to effectively communicate design intent to clients and stakeholders. Prepare

mood boards, material samples, and presentations

for design approvals.

Technical Drawings & Documentation:

Produce and review detailed

architectural drawings, layouts, joinery details

, and

construction documents

. Ensure all drawings comply with

Dubai Municipality and other local authority regulations

. Coordinate

MEP and structural integration

in design packages.

Project Coordination & Site Support:

Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs are implemented as envisioned. Conduct site visits during execution to

monitor quality, resolve design issues

, and adjust drawings as required. Provide support during

authority submissions and inspections

.

Client Engagement:

Participate in client meetings to understand project goals and design preferences. Present design ideas and revisions with clarity and confidence.

Mandatory Requirements:

Valid Dubai Municipality Certification

for a minimum of (G+1) Architects.

Bachelor's degree

in Architecture or Interior Architecture. Minimum

5 years of experience

in architectural design and fit-out project execution. Proficiency in

AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, V-Ray, or similar rendering software

. Strong knowledge of local regulations, codes, and submission processes.

(DM, DCD, DEWA, etc.). Knowledge of

sustainable and modern design practices

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
