Job Description
C and B Consultants, RAK is in search for a qualified Fresh Architect / Specification Writer who has an architectural background and with experience working on site in a reputed company in the UAE. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Reviewing construction plans identify list of materials.
- Prepares architectural and civil specifications for projects.
- prepare and analyze project costings for tenders, such as materials, quantities, labor and time
- Maintain material suppliers database
- Assess tender documents to ensure sufficient information available to prepare tender
- support in quantity surveying tasks, and prepare bill of quantities.
- Bachelor in architecture .
- no experience is necessary.
- understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry
- Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to complete tasks with accuracy and with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Strong analytical, oral and written communication skills with the ability to build quick rapport with all levels of employees, clients, consultants and vendors.
- Practical knowledge of general architectural practice including programming, site planning, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering.
