QUALIFICATIONS / LICENSES / SKILLS
Bachelors or masters degree in architecture * Strong portfolio showcasing projects for elite clients and royal Families, including mansions, villas, or luxury commercial spaces
- Exceptional knowledge of materials, finishes, and technologies used in ultra-luxury properties
- Fluent in English, Arabic and French
- Minimum of eight to ten years of similar experience in designing high-end, luxury, and bespoke properties
- In-depth knowledge of using relevant software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and rendering tools like V-Ray or Lumion
- Creative and meticulous in conceptualizing luxurious and exclusive distinctive and innovative designs with polished execution and finishing
- Anticipate and exceed clients expectation
- Versatile communication for client interaction and presentation and Arabic will be an added advantage
- Strong leadership skills to lead diverse teams and manage complex projects effectively
- Proven ability to uphold confidentiality and professionalism with high-profile clients
- Please provide a portfolio demonstrating relevant experience.
- Develop unique architectural concepts tailored specifically to the preferences and lifestyles of a Royal Family Produce and showcase luxurious and exclusive detailed architectural plans, elevations, and 3D visualizations and make corrections according to the Royal Familys requirements
- Collaborate and liaise with construction professionals, interior designers, and individuals relevant to the project to ensure a cohesive design vision and smooth project execution
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all client interactions
- Work directly with the Royal Family to understand their needs, preferences, and vision
- Oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring the highest quality standards are met
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources efficiently
- Source and specify premium, high-quality materials, finishes, and fittings
- Integrate sustainable and cutting-edge technologies without compromising luxury
- Comply with the specific standards, local building codes, guidelines, and regulations and address any legal or technical issues that may arise during the project
- Stay updated with the architectural trends and advancement
