Our newest opportunity is for a talented Architect (Level 3) to join our award-winning team based in Dubai, UAE.

Responsibilities

We envisage success in this role to include:

• Assist Project Architect in coordination and review of development of architectural and engineering construction drawings
• Assists Project Architect with client and project coordination.
• Provides solutions to resolve design issues.
• Prepares documentation for analysis and review for specific issues.
• Provides management update and reports.
• Responsible for generating architectural drawings utilizing AutoCAD, Revit or other Software. Using own judgment and analysis.
• Provide technical solutions to resolve design issues
• Compile data and perform computations
• Assist Project Architect in report preparation.
• Provide project data as requested by the Project Architect or Project Manager (i.e. area schedules, building heights, number of stories, etc.)
• Prepare physical/visual survey documentation
• May coordinate technical and administrative activities with employees in other disciplines and other departments participating on an assigned project.
• May perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience partnered with a Master Degree in Architecture.

Intermediate to advanced skills in Revit, AutoCad, Adobe Suite Package, Lumion and Rhino.
