Job Description
We are looking for a detailed-oriented candidate with good interpersonal skills for the position of an Architect, who can think creatively about the use of space, color, movement, and with creative inspiration. Skills & Responsibilities:
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Architecture
- Maximum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience required.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Illustrator, Photoshop, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar design software.
- Work on design and detailed design submittals, plans, and construction details to ensure technical standard requirements are met.
- Prepare the scope of work and timeline, drawings, and conceptual details
- Attend coordination meetings concerning all design matters with clients.
- Ability to focus on multiple projects and design details.
- Excellent communication skills
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
