We are urgently seeking a talented
Architect / Interior Designer
to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing design projects from concept to completion, ensuring that designs align with client needs, meet industry standards, and adhere to local regulations.
Responsibilities
:
Design Development
: Create innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing architectural designs tailored to client needs.
Technical Drawings & Models
: Prepare detailed design plans, 3D models, and technical drawings using advanced design software.
Compliance
: Ensure all designs comply with UAE building codes, safety standards, and sustainability principles.
Collaboration
: Work closely with engineers, project managers, and other design professionals to ensure seamless project delivery.
Site Visits
: Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, resolve any design-related issues, and ensure design integrity is maintained.
Client Presentations
: Present design proposals to clients, incorporating their feedback and making necessary revisions to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
:
Education
: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
Experience
: Proven experience in architectural design with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.
Skills
: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
Knowledge
: In-depth understanding of UAE building regulations, codes, and approval procedures.
Soft Skills
: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
