Job Description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer/Architect to join our growing studio. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage projects from concept development to execution, with strong skills in design, technical drawings, material selection, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage interior design projects from initial concept to final installation. Develop creative and functional design concepts aligned with client briefs. Produce detailed drawings and 3D visualizations using software such as 3ds Max, AutoCAD or Revit. Prepare mood boards, material palettes, and presentations for client approval. Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and consultants to ensure design integrity during execution. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met. Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design (residential, commercial, or hospitality). Proficiency in 3ds Max, AutoCAD or Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and client presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred:

Experience with FF&E specifications and BOQ documentation. Knowledge of local design standards and codes.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
