We Elkin Corp Contr LLC are seeking talented and detail-oriented
Interior Architect
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sense, technical expertise, and the ability to translate client needs into functional, visually appealing interior spaces.Key Responsibilities:
Develop conceptual and detailed interior designs for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials. Collaborate with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure design feasibility and project execution. Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and color schemes consistent with project objectives. Oversee project implementation, ensuring design intent is maintained on-site. Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, and technologies. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project budgets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. 5+ years of experience in interior design/architecture projects. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Photoshop, or other design software. Excellent understanding of space planning, materials, lighting, and color theory. Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
