Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Concept Development

Create innovative and functional design concepts for retail, F&B, commercial, healthcare, and office projects. Develop space planning, mood boards, material selections, and 3D visualizations. Prepare client presentations and ensure design alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.

Technical Drawings & Documentation

Produce complete sets of architectural and interior drawings including GA plans, sections, elevations, joinery details, and MEP coordination layouts. Prepare authority-compliant drawings for Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, Trakhees, DSO, DFRE, and other relevant agencies. Ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to standards.

Project Coordination & Site Support

Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and contractors during design and execution stages. Conduct site visits to ensure design intent, quality, and compliance are maintained. Address technical queries and resolve design-related issues promptly.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Interior Design or related field. Minimum 3-5 years UAE experience preferred (especially in retail, F&B, and commercial fit-outs). Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, InDesign, and MS Office. Strong understanding of UAE authority guidelines and fit-out procedures. Excellent creativity, visualization, and design detailing skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Additional Preferred Skills

Knowledge of sustainable design principles. Experience in preparing BOQs, material schedules, and project trackers. Vendor and material market knowledge across major malls in Dubai.
