Job Description
Roles & responsibilities
Meet clients to determine design requirements and cultural or functional needs. Develop design concepts, mood boards, 3D visualizations, and presentations suitable for the UAE market. Prepare detailed drawings, space plans, and technical documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality, and resolve design or execution issues. Prepare submissions for municipality approvals, authority NOCs, and project documentation when required. Keep updated with local market trends, sustainability practices (Estidama, LEED), and regional design styles.
Desired candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in interior design or Architecture.
UAE experience preferred(2-3 years). Knowledge of local codes and authority procedures is an advantage. Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite. Strong understanding of joinery details, MEP coordination, and fit-out industry practices. Excellent client communication and presentation skills. Portfolio showcasing previous projects (preferably UAE-based). Should be available in UAE.
