ARCHITECT / Interior Designer :

An Interior Designer, or Residential Interior Designer, preparation of the proposed interior design and decorative process for both working and living areas from start to finish. Their main duties include sketching various design plans, determining costs for different projects and sourcing materials and products for the designs.

Interior Designer duties and responsibilities

An Interior Designer may work for a variety of clients, so their everyday duties vary depending on their current client and the firm they work for. Their basic responsibilities primarily involve:

Visiting job sites to analyze space availability, design needs and the purpose of the spacec Attending client meetings to understand the design needs and client preferences regarding interior styles and colors Creating initial design sketches, color themes and ideas based on client requirements and space availability Getting approval from the client before creating CAD designs and detailed briefs for workers and supervisors Hiring contractors and vendors to implement design ideas, such as Carpenters, Painters, Plumbers, Electricians and Artists Overseeing the buying process of all raw materials and items required to complete the project Arranging client visits and keeping everyone involved in the project appraised of its progress Ensuring project completion within the allocated budget and timeline

ARCHITECT DESINGER Requirements:

Degree in ARCHITECTURAL Engineering

Minimum 7 years of work experience as Architectural Interior Designer.

Expert in Autocadd and 3D MAX Rendering or any kind of software renderings 3D.

Professionally registered in Dubai Municipality G+12 as Interior Architect.

Advanced knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

Sound understanding of physics and mathematics.

Ability to liaise with professionals from other disciplines.

Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and IT skills.

SALARY

Negotiable, based on Architect Years of Experienced in the same field.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
