We are urgently hiring a talented Architect / Interior designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring designs align with client needs, industry standards, and local regulations.

Responsibilities:

Develop creative and functional architectural designs based on client requirements. Prepare technical drawings, 3D models, and detailed design plans using professional design software. Ensure designs comply with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability principles. Collaborate effectively with engineers, designers, and project managers throughout all project phases. Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and resolve design-related issues. Present design proposals to clients and make revisions based on feedback.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. Proven experience in architectural design, supported by a strong portfolio of completed projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software. In-depth knowledge of UAE building regulations, codes, and approval procedures. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
