Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented

Architect / Interior Designer

to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative and functional design solutions for residential, commercial, or hospitality projects from concept to completion. This role requires a strong understanding of spatial planning, materials, finishes, and design software.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget. Develop conceptual and schematic designs for architectural and interior spaces. Prepare detailed drawings, 3D models, presentations, and mood boards. Create space planning, layout designs, and working drawings. Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and color palettes. Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors for project execution. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Oversee site execution and attend project meetings as required. Revise and adjust designs based on client feedback or site conditions.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
