We are seeking a talented and experienced
Interior Designer (Fit-Out)
to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial and residential fit-out projects, with the ability to deliver creative design solutions and manage projects from concept to completion.Key Responsibilities:
Develop innovative design concepts, space planning, and mood boards. Prepare detailed drawings, BOQs, and material specifications for execution. Select finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories as per project requirements. Coordinate with project engineers, site teams, and consultants to ensure design intent is met. Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and quality. Liaise with suppliers/vendors for material samples and quotations. Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and company standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design/Architecture.
Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design, specifically in fit-out projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Max, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office. Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and fit-out construction methods. Excellent creativity, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines.Immediate joiners will be given preference.
