Architect / Interior Designer
Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating 2D and 3D architectural designs, preparing cost estimations, developing mood boards, and presenting proposals to new clients. This role involves working closely on ongoing projects, delivering detailed drawings, and actively participating in sales efforts to secure new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and refine 2D and 3D architectural designs.
- Develop mood boards to present design concepts.
- Prepare detailed cost estimations for projects.
- Present proposals and design solutions to new clients.
- Create detailed drawings for ongoing projects.
- Collaborate with the sales team to attract and engage potential clients.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Architecture or related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software and 3D modeling tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in preparing cost estimates and sales proposals.
