Job Title: Senior Architectural Designer & Interior Designer

AED 10,000 - 15,000 per month

Key responsibilities are:

? Lead the conceptual and schematic design process for large-scale architectural projects.

? Develop architectural and interior design concepts, creating detailed drawings, specifications, and 2D/3D plans using design software.

? Translate client requirements into innovative, functional, and aesthetically compelling architectural solutions.

? Supervision throughout the project lifecycle.

? Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure design integrity is maintained through execution.

? Oversee and ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards.

? Select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings, considering aesthetics, functionality, and budget.

? Possess strong technical skills in design software, blueprint reading, and construction practices.

? Be able to translate creative ideas into practical and functional designs, while also analyzing project requirements and constraints.

? Present designs to internal stakeholders and clients, articulating the design rationale and strategy.

? Implement BIM modelling techniques and processes to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the production process.

? Identify and resolve design challenges and technical issues that arise during the project

? Coordinate with project managers to ensure deadlines, budgets, and project goals are met.

Required Qualifications:

? Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

? 5 to 10 years of professional experience in architectural design, including leadership roles in complex projects in UAE.

? Proven track record of delivering high-quality design from concept through to execution.

? Must have proven experience in architectural design and planning for high-rise buildings, specifically

? Must hold a valid Dubai Municipality (DM) license with approval for minimum G+4 up to G+12

? Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.

? Proficient in use of Navisworks Manager for multidisciplinary coordination

? Knowledge of Dubai Municipality and UAE regulatory standards and submission processes.
