Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Designer/Architect with 2 to 3 years of experience in Dubai's interior design and architecture sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, project management, and the local regulatory environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare submission drawings for Authority Approval (DM, DCD, DDA, Trakhees, Concordia, Nakheel, DSO, etc.). Conduct space planning and prepare detailed working drawings, designs, plans, models, and mood/material boards. Create detailed BOQs and Scope of Work documentation. Develop and review architectural renderings for interiors and exteriors, ensuring design accuracy and high-quality visuals. Support and oversee construction, fit-out, furnishing, and project handover phases to ensure quality execution. Analyze construction tender packages, identifying qualitative and quantitative aspects of design execution. Collaborate with external consultants, contractors, and suppliers to streamline the design, tender, and project budgeting process.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture. Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in the Fit-Out or consultancy field. Proficient in preparing submission drawings and documentation for authority approvals. Registered with Dubai Municipality (DM) as an architect or possess a valid card (mandatory). Strong communication and coordination skills.

Proficiency in

: AutoCAD, Revit (or other 3D modeling software), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, SketchUp)
