Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and furnishing interiors of residential, commercial, or industrial buildings. You will work closely with clients to determine their needs, preferences, and budget, and translate those into functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and budget. Develop design concepts that align with client objectives and building codes. Create mood boards, sketches, and detailed design presentations. Select materials, furniture, lighting, and decor that reflect the design vision. Prepare 2D/3D visualizations and detailed drawings using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit). Coordinate with contractors, architects, and vendors during project execution. Manage timelines and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget project completion. Conduct site visits to ensure quality and adherence to the design plan. Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technology.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. UAE Experience Material Selection Proven experience in presentation Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Adobe Creative Suite. Strong creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and project management skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability principles.
