Job Description
Project Execution:
Oversee thefull fit-in process
from demolition to final finishing, ensuring high-quality work.Team Supervision:
Lead and manage theteam,
assigning tasks efficiently.Subcontractor Management:
Oversee and coordinateMEP, carpentry, flooring, painting, and other subcontractors
.Task Scheduling:
Plan daily work for both in-house laborers and external contractors to meet deadlines.Site Management:
Supervise on-site activities, address issues, and ensure work progresses as per schedule.Quality Control:
Ensure all work meetsDubai Municipality and industry standards
.Regulatory Compliance:
Handlepermits, inspections, and approvals
required for project execution.Budget & Cost Management:
Work within allocated budgets while maintaining high-quality standards.Client & Supplier Coordination:
Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and material delivery.On-Site Problem-Solving:
Address labor and subcontractor issues, ensuring smooth project execution.Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain project records, progress reports, and update management regularly.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
Experience:
* architecture in UAE: 3 years (Preferred)
