Job Description
Positions Available:
Architects (Junior & Senior)
Interior Designers (Residential, Commercial, and Hospitality)
Key Responsibilities:
Architects:
Lead and develop architectural concepts and detailed drawings. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site teams to ensure design integrity. Prepare construction documents, material specs, and permit packages.
Interior Designers:
Develop mood boards, design presentations, and material palettes. Create detailed layouts, 3D visuals, and working drawings. Oversee site implementation and coordinate with suppliers and contractors.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design (Master's preferred for seniors). Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and rendering software (e.g., Lumion, Twinmotion, V-Ray). 2+ years of experience for junior roles, 5+ years for senior roles. Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and technical knowledge. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
