Qualification

Has an experience of working in a Pool or Landscape/ Interior / Contracting Company.
Has UAE Driving License.
Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills
Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards

Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with AutoCAD and capable of detailing quantity estimator, quotation making, SketchUp, 3D Max, Lumion, V-Ray, presentation ability
Strong imagination and the ability to think and create in three dimensions
Visual awareness and an eye for detail.
Can Gain approvals in Dubai Municipality, EMAAR, NAKHEEL, TRAKEES and all property developers.
Can meet client and communicate well.
Communication and project management skills.
Can draft details for Municipality Drawing and Project.

KPA?s

Going for site survey and site measurement, listening to a client brief, preparation of design concept, mood boards, 3D rendering and presentation for projects.
Preparation of Landscaping, interior & carpentry design works in AutoCAD, with detailed drawings for approval from different Authorities, DM, and client.
All execution detailed drawings in AutoCAD.
BOQ Making.
Material Coordination / costing when required.
Project Coordination & Management.
Making of as built drawings at the end of the project and making of hand over file.
Participate in any design, material selections and related activities to make presentations
Preparation of price quotation.
Site supervision for designs given when required.
