We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Architect Inspector specializing in stadium projects to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, safety, and compliance of stadium construction projects throughout the region.

Conduct thorough inspections of architectural plans, drawings, and specifications for stadium projects to ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations Perform on-site inspections of stadium construction projects at various stages of development Identify and document any deviations from approved plans or violations of building codes specific to large-scale public venues Prepare detailed inspection reports and communicate findings to project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design and construction issues related to stadium projects Evaluate and promote sustainable building practices and innovative solutions in stadium architecture Assess crowd flow management and emergency evacuation plans for stadium designs Stay up-to-date with changes in building codes, regulations, and industry best practices for stadium construction Provide expert advice and recommendations to improve stadium architectural designs and construction processes Maintain accurate records of inspections and project documentation Travel within Riyadh and surrounding areas for on-site inspections as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field Minimum of 15 years of experience in architectural inspection, with a focus on stadium or large-scale public venue projects Professional certification in architectural inspection (e.g., ICC Certification) In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulations, particularly those applicable to stadiums in Saudi Arabia Proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD and Revit Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Demonstrated experience in stadium design and construction principles Understanding of large-scale public venue safety regulations and crowd flow management Familiarity with sustainable building practices and green architecture concepts for stadiums Ability to read and interpret complex architectural plans and specifications for large-scale projects Experience with emergency evacuation planning for public venues Willingness to travel within Riyadh and surrounding areas for on-site inspections Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus Flexible and adaptable approach to work in a dynamic construction environment Goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to efficiency and organization Cautious and detail-oriented approach to ensure compliance and safety in all aspects of stadium inspection
