Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Architect Inspector to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of architectural projects throughout the city and surrounding areas.

Conduct thorough inspections of architectural plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations Perform on-site inspections of construction projects at various stages of development Identify and document any deviations from approved plans or violations of building codes Prepare detailed inspection reports and communicate findings to project stakeholders Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve design and construction issues Stay up-to-date with changes in building codes, regulations, and industry best practices Evaluate and promote sustainable building practices and green architecture initiatives Maintain accurate records of inspections and project documentation Provide expert advice and recommendations to improve architectural designs and construction processes

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field Minimum of 15 years of experience in architectural inspection or related field Professional certification in architectural inspection (e.g., ICC Certification) Proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD and Revit In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulations, particularly those applicable in Saudi Arabia Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Familiarity with sustainable building practices and green architecture concepts Ability to read and interpret complex architectural plans and specifications Willingness to travel within Riyadh and surrounding areas for on-site inspections Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
