a lady architecture is required We seeking to appoint an Architect 2yrs+ with a Bachelors in Architecture Location : Fujairah Salary up to : 5000 AED - Around 2+ years experience - Junior Architect with a minimum of 2 years experience in the Middle East who has excellent knowledge of AUTOCAD and has worked for residential and commercial project , villas , Up to G+7 building - Must be proficient using AutoCAD Responsibilities will include: - Work with the team to realize deliverables on time and within budget - Responsible for appraising the client's brief, concept design, schematic design, detail design, - Manage a team of 1-2 number of Junior Architects - Ensure local authority compliance - Review the daily progress and resolve all outstanding issues - Prepare detailed drawings by following the quality control and quality assurance protocols - Review and design architectural presentations, drawings, and specifications (Concept to IFC stage) - Supervise the work of team members - Take record of all the meetings and processes of the design stages - Aware of the local regulations must have a good experience in Designing the Villas and Building Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
