Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong design background, sound technical knowledge, and hands-on experience in residential interior and renovation projects. The role involves active participation from concept development to project handover, ensuring design excellence and execution quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural designs and detailed drawings for interior and renovation projects. Conduct site visits, coordinate with contractors, and ensure project progress aligns with design intent. Perform accurate quantity checking and material estimation for project planning and cost control. Collaborate with the design and execution teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. Prepare presentations, 3D visualizations, and design documentation for client approvals. Ensure compliance with relevant standards, specifications, and authority regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field. 1-3 years of professional experience in architecture, interior design, or renovation projects. Strong knowledge of residential design and site coordination. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and related design software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage contractors and oversee site execution is an added advantage. Immediate availability preferred.
