Job Title: Site Architect (Female)

: As a site architect at HBC, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process and ensuring that all architectural designs are implemented accurately on-site. You will work closely with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage on-site construction activities.

Ensure that architectural designs are accurately implemented.

Collaborate with engineers and contractors to resolve any design or construction issues.

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.

Prepare and review detailed drawings and specifications.

Maintain accurate records of all site activities and progress.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.

Licensed architect (preferred).

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.

Strong understanding of construction processes and building codes.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects.
