Female Mid-Level Architect

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated

Mid-Level Architect

to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in architectural design and project implementation, capable of working independently while collaborating closely with other architects, designers, and engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to the design and development of architectural concepts, plans, and models for various projects. Support senior architects with conceptual designs, detailed drawings, and project documentation. Prepare 3D models, renderings, and design presentations to effectively communicate ideas. Collaborate and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other design professionals. Research and apply relevant building codes, construction materials, and design methods. Conduct site visits and attend meetings to monitor progress and resolve design-related issues. Translate sketches and concepts into precise working drawings. Develop and produce complete drawing packages across various project stages. Assist in the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and specification documents.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field. 2-5 years of relevant architectural experience. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite. Strong understanding of architectural design principles, materials, and construction techniques. Solid knowledge of local building codes and regulations. Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. A portfolio showcasing relevant academic or professional work is required.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with advanced 3D rendering tools (e.g., Rhino, Lumion, V-Ray). Strong ability to produce detailed working drawings and technical documentation. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Procore, Asana, or similar). High proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.

Office Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
