Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative design concepts for F&B outlets that balance aesthetics, functionality, and brand guidelines
• Prepare mood boards, sketches, 3D visualizations, and video walkthroughs for brand and principal presentations
• Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, and joinery specifications using AutoCAD/Revit
• Integrate MEP, kitchen equipment layouts, and interior design requirements into final designs
• Coordinate with kitchen consultants, contractors, and suppliers for seamless project execution
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to approved designs
• Ensure all designs comply with food safety regulations and secure necessary authority approvals (Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, etc.)
• Manage project budgets and timelines, recommending cost-effective solutions without compromising quality

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
• Minimum 5 years of architectural design experience, including at least 3 years in F&B or hospitality projects in the UAE/GCC
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Lumion, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and video walkthrough tools/plugins
• Strong knowledge of kitchen layouts, food service workflows, and operational requirements
• Familiarity with GCC authority approval processes for F&B establishments
• Excellent presentation, communication, and project management skills
• Creative problem solver with strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
