Based from our office in Dubai, we are seeking Emirati Architects to help coordinate and deliver large-scale developments touching a number of markets such as residential, mixed use, hospitality, healthcare and ancillary buildings for infrastructure projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all design stages from concept design through to Issue For Construction and will be able to deal with vendors and suppliers as well as multiple sub consultants involving complex coordination across F&B, fa\xc3\xa7ade, landscape, water features and swimming pools. You will be looking for the ultimate solution that will add value to the design process and will be able to articulate your ideas and solutions confidently to decision makers.

You will be dealing with multidisciplinary coordination, communicating with internal technical stakeholders including structure, mechanical, electrical, fire and life safety professionals to ensure full life cycle projects are in BIM and Navisworks. You will be participating in workshops helping to guide teams in the right direction, ensuring that the quality of the deliverables is fully coordinated in line with client requirements. Here\'s What You\'ll Need:

You will be an Emirati national and will hold a Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Architecture, with experience in design delivery and detailing of various types of building projects of scale and complexity. You will also be able to interface confidently with clients and major stakeholders.

You will have experience coordinating small to medium size architectural teams and will come with a high-end portfolio of projects delivered.
