Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and motivated

Emirati Architect

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing technical drawings, and supporting project execution from concept to completion. This role offers a great opportunity to work on prestigious residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop architectural designs and concepts in line with client briefs and project requirements. Prepare presentation drawings, working drawings, and detailed construction documentation. Coordinate design development with MEP, and interior teams. Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout all project stages. Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, building codes, and sustainability guidelines. Support senior architects and project managers in delivering high-quality design outcomes.

Requirements:

UAE National (Emirati)

with a valid Family Book. Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized university. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite. Solid knowledge of UAE building codes and authority approval processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
