We are seeking a skilled

Architect

to plan, design, and oversee architectural projects in-house from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure designs meet the specified requirements, UAE regulations, and project timelines while coordinating with consultants and contractors. Knowledge about KNX design concepts aligned with architectural layouts is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

Prepare architectural designs, drawings, and specifications Develop concepts, layouts, and detailed working drawings Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and UAE building codes Coordinate with structural, MEP engineers, and other consultants Review drawings, materials, and mock-ups Conduct site visits and supervise architectural works Liaise with authorities, contractors, and consultants Manage project timelines, quality, and design changes Support authority approvals and submissions

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering Minimum

2-3 of experience

, preferably in the UAE Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations and authority approvals Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple project Applicants must include
