Design Architect with experience of Minimum 5+ years to join our Design team in Dubai, UAE.
Should have good command in using Revit Architecture in designing and building information modeling (BIM). Develops plan and creative-design concepts and DD for projects. Prepares presentation, design drawings, details and plans for project success.
Qualities & Skills
Experienced in Leading the design process during the concept/ Schematic designs stages
Have a good knowledge and experiences with all Dubai authorities, Nakheel, Trakhees, DM, DCD, DDA...etc.
Experience of working in a recognized design offices
Capable of leading large-scale projects in Hospitality, Mixed use, Residential, commercial and High rise.
Excellent design and technical capabilities
Strong leadership/ mentoring skills
Self-motivated and able to take responsibility
Flexible attitude and works well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to understand and formulate design decisions and present for discussion
